Terms & Conditions

  • To secure your date, a booking deposit of R1000 is charged. The balance of payment should reflect in my account no later than 5 days prior to the date of your wedding.

  • Only once I have received Proof of Payment, a signed booking form and a signed contract is the date confirmed.

  • The signed agreement includes the right to use your trial and wedding photographs for marketing purposes.

  • All trials are done on Tuesdays to Thursdays with the latest appointment starting at 15h00. Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays are reserved for weddings.

  • Make-up trials are done at the studio in Olympus, Pretoria.

  • It is recommended that hair and make-up trials are done on the same day.

  • Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 extra people at your trial.

  • Make-up for bridesmaids and mothers must be booked and paid for prior to the wedding day, no changes can be made to the number of people less than 4 weeks before the wedding.

  • If you arrive late on the day of the wedding, please note that I can unfortunately not work faster to make up for lost time – in the end I strive to give you a professional service. Please try to stick to the timeline.

  • If we go over the time that was set out in the timeline as a result of the bridal party being late, you will be invoiced on a per hour rate.

  • Please make sure that you are happy when I leave – once I have left your venue, I will not be able to return.

  • Bookings are made for a maximum of 6 extra faces on the day, unless previously arranged and agreed upon by both parties. No changes to the number of faces can be made on the day.

  • For optimum results in the make-up application, it is recommended that you follow a good skin-care regime in the months leading up to your wedding.

  • Please ensure that all faces are cleansed, toned & moisturised before the make-up artist arrives. Eyebrows must be shaped. No eyebrow shaping will be done on the day of the wedding.
